Welcome to ROCKONCLUB! Our mission is to create a safe, trusted, and vibrant marketplace for music lovers to buy and sell gear. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we require all sellers to adhere to the following listing policies. By listing an item on ROCKONCLUB, you agree to these policies.
1. Prohibited Items
Selling any of the following items is strictly prohibited on ROCKONCLUB. This list is not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to remove any listing that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our community.
- Illegal Items: Any item that is illegal to sell or possess in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to stolen goods, drugs, and drug paraphernalia.
- Counterfeit or Unauthorized Goods: Replicas, fakes, or unauthorized copies of products are not allowed. All items must be authentic. Listings for items that are "bootleg" recordings are also prohibited.
- Weapons and Hazardous Materials: Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and hazardous chemicals are forbidden.
- Hateful and Offensive Content: Items that promote, support, or glorify hatred, violence, or discrimination towards any person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Sexually Explicit Material: Pornography and any items of an obscene or sexually explicit nature are not permitted.
- Digital Goods & Services: Listings may only be for physical products. The sale of services, digital downloads, software keys, or gift cards is not allowed.
- Items Infringing on Intellectual Property: You may not list items that violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others. This includes unauthorized copies of software, music, or other media.
2. Listing Content and Accuracy
To maintain trust in the marketplace, it is crucial that your listings are honest and accurate.
- Be Truthful: Provide a clear, accurate, and complete description of the item. This includes its condition, any flaws, repairs, or modifications.
- Use Your Own Photos: All photos and videos in your listing must be of the actual item for sale. Do not use stock photos or images from other sellers or websites without permission.
- Accurate Categorization: List your item in the most relevant category. Mis-categorizing items is not permitted.
- One Item Per Listing: Each listing should be for a single item or a single, clearly defined bundle of items.
- No External Links or Contact Info: To protect our users, listings may not contain external links or direct contact information (email, phone numbers, social media). All communication and transactions must be conducted through the ROCKONCLUB platform.
3. Community and Transaction Standards
- Honor Your Sales: If your item sells, you are expected to complete the transaction with the buyer in a timely manner.
- Respectful Communication: All communications with buyers or with ROCKONCLUB staff must be professional and respectful. Harassment or abusive language will not be tolerated.
- No Fee Avoidance: Any action to avoid paying ROCKONCLUB's seller fees is prohibited. This includes completing sales outside of the platform that originated on ROCKONCLUB.
4. Enforcement
Violations of these policies may result in a range of actions, including but not limited to:
- Listing removal
- Temporary or permanent suspension of your account
- Forfeiture of fees on removed listings
ROCKONCLUB reserves the right to make the final judgment on whether a listing violates our policies. These policies may be updated at any time, and it is your responsibility to stay informed of the current rules.
